The kitchen faucet has been dripping constantly for the past two days. Water is pooling under the sink.

Air conditioning unit is running but not cooling the apartment. Temperature stays around 78°F even when set to 68°F.

Garage door opener makes grinding noise and sometimes fails to open completely. Remote battery has been replaced.

No hot water in the unit. Water heater pilot light keeps going out. Smelled a faint gas odor.

Dishwasher fills with water but does not drain at the end of the cycle. Have to manually bail out water.
